Writing: The Island

We've watched The Island in class. While watching, you answered some questions. Let's use that info:

  • What did you think of the movie? Use about 120 words to write your short review.

    Also, answer these questions:
     

  • Is there an actual island in the movie? What is it?

  • What happens when someone wins The Lottery?

  • How does the system with the clones work?

  • How can you tell that the clones aren't real people? Give at least 2 examples.

  • What would you do if you found out you were one of these clones?

  • Would you like to have one of these clones of yourself? Why (not?)

Do your writing in Word. Make it look nice. You teacher will tell you how and when to hand in your work. Organise your document like this:

  • Page 1: Title page with picture, name, and group

  • Page 2: Your short review

  • Page 3: Your answers to the questions from above.
